Whisper has Star Power
Whisper’s wet sub has all the potential of being a star performer for the film, as well as a stellar merchandising vehicle. The production’s futuristic winged submersible, resembles a sleek jet fighter and glides through the ocean with all the characteristics of flight. It will not be a computer generated image, but will be full scale submersible and shot practical in the ocean.
The below submersible images were designed by an engineer retained by the production. These designs were tested in a computer simulation program to assure hydrodynamic stability. This simulation program is normally used to test the aerodynamic stability of designs of United States Air Force fighter jets. The final design of the Whisper submersible may be significantly modified, as it is further developed to increase hydrodynamic stability and for creative considerations.
