Thank you for visiting the Come Dive With Me website (hereinafter "CDWM"). Our Privacy Promise is to collect NO personal information about you when you visit our website unless you choose to provide information to us. We are free to use, without compensation to you, any concepts, ideas, know-how or techniques contained in any communication you send to CDWM for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing the Come Dive With Me or future CDWMs in another subject domain, products and services using such information. However, you agree and understand that we are not obligated to use any such ideas or materials and you have no right to compel such use.
  7. Your consent and changes to the Privacy Promise: By using CDWM, you consent to the collection and use of your information as we have outlined herein and to our Terms and Conditions of Use. CDWM may decide to change this Privacy Promise from time to time. When we do, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
